Best White-Label AI Voice Agent Platforms in 2026 (Honest Comparison)

The 10 best white-label AI voice agent platforms for agencies and resellers, compared on monthly fee, minutes included, per-minute rate, Stripe rebilling, subaccounts and API keys. Prices checked 21 September 2026.

We compared the 10 best white-label AI voice agent platforms for agencies and resellers on the numbers that decide whether you make money: monthly fee, minutes included, the real per-minute rate, Stripe rebilling, subaccounts, and whether you need your own API keys. Short version: Autocalls is the best pick for most agencies (Agency from $249/mo with 1,700 minutes, Agency White Label $419/mo with 3,500 minutes, $0.09 per extra minute with the models, voices and transcription included, Voice + WhatsApp + Chat). Trillet, PulsyAI and Stammer are the cheapest monthly entries. Prices checked 21 September 2026.

Updated 21 September 2026. Synthflow removed in-product reselling on 15 September 2026 and now sells white label as a $30,000-a-year enterprise contract, so it moved to the bottom of the list. Trillet, PulsyAI, Stammer and HighLevel were added. Autocalls' Agency plan ($249/mo) is now shown next to Agency White Label ($419/mo). Every price below was re-checked on the vendor's public pricing page on the date above.

The white-label voice AI market got crowded fast. In 2024 there were three or four platforms offering any kind of rebranding. In 2026 there are over a dozen, the biggest name in no-code (Synthflow) just left the self-serve market, and most "best of" lists are written by one of the platforms ranking itself first. We're a platform too, so judge for yourself: every claim below is checkable, every price comes from a public pricing page with the date we checked it, and we say where competitors beat us. If you want the full agency how-to instead of a platform comparison, read our complete white-label AI voice agent guide.

What "Full White-Label" Actually Means (Most Platforms Fall Short)

"White-label" is used loosely. A logo swap is not a white-label business. Before you commit to a platform, check it against this list:

Feature Basic white-label Full white-label
Custom logo and colors✅✅
Custom domain and favicon❌✅
Stripe rebilling to your clients❌✅
Client self-service portal❌✅
Unlimited subaccounts❌✅
Platform name fully hidden❌✅
Voice + WhatsApp + Chat under your brand❌✅ (rare)

Why it matters: if your clients can discover the platform behind you, you don't own the relationship. If you can't bill through your own Stripe, you're a referral partner, not a SaaS owner.

Prices checked 21 September 2026 on each vendor's public pricing or partner page. "Not published" means the vendor does not list the number publicly. Autocalls' $0.09 rate applies to Agency and Agency White Label; Starter is $34/mo (120 minutes, $0.20 per extra minute) and Pro is $129/mo (700 minutes, $0.16). Phone numbers from $3.99 a month on every plan. Yearly billing: 2 months free.

Detailed Platform Reviews

1. Autocalls: best all-in-one omnichannel white-label platform ★

Best for: agencies and resellers who want everything included: no API keys, no provider accounts, no dev team. Build agents with the no-code wizard, rebrand the platform, bill your clients through your own Stripe.

Autocalls is the only platform on this list that is all-inclusive and omnichannel at the same time. OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Cartesia and Deepgram are built in, so the $0.09 rate covers the language model, the voice, the transcription and the Dualplex™ call engine. It is also the only platform that white-labels three channels natively: AI phone calls, WhatsApp Business agents and website chat, all under your domain and your brand.

Agency$249/mo, 1,700 minutes included, then $0.09 per minute. Unlimited assistants, 500 parallel calls. Your clients' agents run inside your own account and you invoice clients yourself; there are no client logins or Stripe rebilling on this tier. The right entry if your clients do not need their own branded login on day one.
Agency White Label$419/mo, 3,500 minutes included, then $0.09 per minute. Full rebrand, 1,000 parallel calls, unused minutes roll over. Yearly billing: 2 months free.
What's includedCustom domain, logo, colors, favicon, branded emails and docs. Stripe rebilling so clients pay you directly at prices you set in the plan builder. Client self-service portal. Your clients never see the Autocalls name.
ChannelsVoice + WhatsApp + Web Chat (the only full omnichannel white-label)
Voice qualityDualplex™ engine: lowest latency in the group we tested, natural interruption handling, ElevenLabs and Cartesia voices
Reach100+ languages, phone numbers in 150+ countries, 300+ no-code integrations
Proof4.9/5 on G2, 5.0 on Capterra and Trustpilot, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, GDPR compliant, HIPAA available, 700+ agencies on the platform. Read the reviews.

Where competitors beat us: Trillet, PulsyAI and Stammer all have a cheaper monthly entry ($99 to $299) if you only need a handful of minutes to start. VoiceAIWrapper is the right choice if you already run on Vapi or Retell and only want a branded shell. If you are a developer who wants raw pipeline control, Vapi gives you more knobs (without white-label).

2. Trillet: the closest all-inclusive rival, fewer minutes in the box

Best for: agencies that want a modern all-inclusive platform and are fine paying for most of their minutes on usage.

Trillet's Agency plan is $299/mo with 300 minutes and unlimited workspaces; Studio is $99/mo with 100 minutes and up to 3 workspaces. AI usage is $0.12 per minute and covers the platform, speech-to-text, the LLM and the voice; US telephony is billed separately from $0.014 per minute, so a real phone minute lands at about $0.134. Ten phone numbers are free on Agency. No API keys needed, Stripe rebilling included.

Pros: clean product, all-inclusive rate, strong partner marketing. Cons: 300 included minutes at $299 versus 1,700 at $249 on Autocalls Agency; the per-minute rate is about 49% higher than $0.09 once telephony is added; voice and web only, no WhatsApp channel.

3. PulsyAI: cheapest monthly entry with real minutes, rate unpublished

Best for: solo operators testing the reseller model who want the lowest fixed cost and can live with an unpublished overage rate.

PulsyAI's Agency white-label plan is listed from $99/mo with 1,000 minutes included, unlimited sub-accounts, native Stripe Connect, and no API keys required. It lists voice, SMS, email and chatbot channels and lets partners set their own per-minute price. What the partner page does not show is the price of minute 1,001: the overage rate is not published, and neither is the phone number cost.

Pros: lowest monthly fee with a real minute allowance, Stripe Connect, no BYOK. Cons: no published per-minute rate, so you cannot model margin past the included minutes; young platform with a thin public track record; no ISO or HIPAA claims on the site; no WhatsApp Business channel.

4. VoiceAIWrapper: cheapest shell if you already pay Vapi or Retell

Best for: agencies already running on Vapi, Retell, Ultravox or ElevenLabs Agents who just want branded dashboards, client portals and Stripe billing.

VoiceAIWrapper is not a voice engine. It is a white-label layer over your own provider accounts: Growth $79/mo (5 client accounts, $15 each after), Scale $249/mo (10 clients, $12 each after), Pro $499/mo (20 clients, $10 each after). Minutes are billed by your provider at cost, which the site puts at $0.05 to $0.31 per minute depending on the stack, with no markup from VoiceAIWrapper.

Pros: cheapest way to test the agency model on top of a stack you already run, zero markup on minutes. Cons: two or three vendors instead of one, per-client fees, voice only, your real cost is subscription + provider + telephony, and you manage every provider account and key yourself.

5. Stammer: chat-first white label with voice on usage

Best for: agencies selling AI chat agents first, with voice as an add-on.

Stammer's Pro White Label plan is $99/mo with full rebranding, custom domain, 5+ chat and voice agents, white-label API access and the option to bring your own LLM keys. Voice minutes are not included in the plan; they are billed per minute by model, from $0.11 (GPT-4.1-nano) to $0.17 (Claude Sonnet). Clients pre-load funds into sub-account wallets and usage is deducted, so there is no Stripe subscription billing in the Autocalls sense.

Pros: low fixed cost, mature chat product, flexible model choice. Cons: voice is the second product, per-minute rates are 22% to 89% above $0.09 with no minutes included, and the prepaid wallet model makes recurring SaaS billing harder to run.

6. ConvoCore: multichannel credits, no flat voice rate

Best for: technical agencies that want chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and voice under one credit pool and can model credit burn.

ConvoCore's White Label plan is $199/mo with 60,000 credits and 20 sub-accounts; White Label Elite is $349/mo with 120,000 credits, SaaS mode, client self-signup and unlimited clients. Voice calls consume credits, so the cost per minute depends on how many credits a minute burns; there is no flat published per-minute figure.

Pros: broad channel list, self-signup SaaS mode on Elite, free tier to test. Cons: credit maths instead of a per-minute price, 20-client cap on the $199 plan, voice is one feature among many rather than the core.

7. HighLevel: CRM first, voice AI as a paid add-on

Best for: agencies already living in HighLevel who want to add a phone agent to the CRM they resell.

HighLevel's Agency Pro plan is $497/mo and includes SaaS Mode for reselling under your brand. Voice AI is usage-based on top, and the AI Employee bundle is $50/mo (Growth) or $97/mo (Unlimited) per sub-account. It is a CRM and marketing suite with a voice agent inside, not a voice platform.

Pros: if you already resell HighLevel, the AI is one toggle away. Cons: $497 before a single AI minute, per-sub-account AI fees stack on top of usage, and the voice quality, latency and language coverage are not the product's focus.

8. Callin.io: $0.10 per minute, tiers on request

Best for: agencies that want a straightforward per-minute price and are happy to ask for the plan details.

Callin.io's white-label page lists $0.10 per minute with no setup fee. Plan tiers, included minutes and client limits are not published on the page; you get them from sales. Voice only.

Pros: a simple per-minute number. Cons: 11% above $0.09 with no published plan structure, voice only, no WhatsApp or chat.

9. My AI Front Desk (Frontdesk): receptionist-only resale

Best for: resellers focused purely on AI receptionists for dental, legal and medical offices.

A white-label reseller program with custom wholesale pricing starting around $500/mo, apply-based, with one-click Stripe billing and unlimited client subaccounts. Resellers set any price ("charge $49 or $999"). It does inbound reception well; it is not built for outbound campaigns or WhatsApp. See our My AI Front Desk review.

→ My AI Front Desk vs Autocalls comparison

10. Synthflow: white label is now a $30,000-a-year enterprise contract

Best for: large agencies with a sales-led buying process and the budget for an annual enterprise deal.

Synthflow was the best-known no-code voice builder with self-serve reselling. That ended on 15 September 2026: in-product reselling (Stripe billing of subaccounts, auto top-ups, overage billing, margin calculator) was removed, and the pricing page now lists a single Enterprise plan with a $30,000 annual minimum, scoped around volume, concurrency and telephony. The product is still strong on compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA) and templates; it is no longer a self-serve white-label option.

Pros: mature builder, enterprise compliance and SLAs. Cons: no self-serve white label, $30k minimum, voice only. If you are migrating, we wrote a step-by-step guide.

The Hidden Cost of BYOK (Do This Math Before You Sign)

VoiceAIWrapper bills provider minutes at cost, Stammer lets you bring your own LLM keys, and several smaller platforms advertise headline rates under $0.07/min that assume you pay the providers yourself. Here's what BYOK actually costs at retail rates:

Provider What it does Retail cost
ElevenLabsVoice synthesis~$0.20/min
DeepgramSpeech-to-text~$0.01/min
OpenAILLM inference~$0.02-0.05/min
TelephonyPhone connection~$0.01-0.02/min
Real BYOK totalBefore any platform fee$0.24-0.28/min
Autocalls all-inclusiveEverything above, included$0.09/min

Platforms with built-in providers negotiate bulk rates and pass the savings on. BYOK shifts the cost and the account management to you. If your business model depends on margin per minute, this single line item decides it.

The Omnichannel Gap Most Comparisons Skip

Your clients' customers don't just call. They message on WhatsApp and they open the chat widget on the website. The first time a client asks "can you also handle our WhatsApp?", a voice-only white label forces you to bolt on a second platform with separate billing and a separate brand. Your "own SaaS" suddenly looks stitched together.

Of the ten platforms here, only Autocalls white-labels voice, WhatsApp Business and web chat natively, in one dashboard, at one all-inclusive rate. ConvoCore and Stammer are chat-first with voice on credits or usage, PulsyAI lists SMS and email alongside voice, HighLevel is a CRM with a voice add-on, and Trillet, VoiceAIWrapper, Callin.io, My AI Front Desk and Synthflow are voice (plus web calls) only. If omnichannel is part of your offer, and in 2026 it should be, your shortlist is short.

Margin Math: What Agencies Actually Make

A typical white-label client pays $300 to $600 a month for an AI agent handling their calls. Here is the unit economics on both Autocalls agency plans, with the same client on a BYOK stack for comparison:

Scenario Your monthly cost Gross margin
5 clients at $300, about 300 minutes each (1,500 min) on Agency $249$249, minutes inside the 1,700 allowance$1,251 profit on $1,500, about 83%
10 clients at $500, about 1,000 minutes each (10,000 min) on Agency White Label $419$419 + 6,500 extra minutes × $0.09 = $1,004$3,996 profit on $5,000, about 80%
Same 10 clients on a BYOK stack at about $0.26 per minute real costAbout $2,600 in provider bills before any platform feeAbout 48%, plus you babysit four provider accounts

The $249 Agency plan is the entry most agencies should start on: five clients pays the platform four times over. Move to Agency White Label when clients need their own branded login and you want Stripe to bill them automatically, or when your volume passes about 3,500 minutes a month and the rollover starts to matter. The full financial models, pricing strategies and the 30-60-90 launch plan are in our free playbook (linked below).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a white-label AI voice agent platform?

It is a voice AI platform you can rebrand and resell as your own product: your domain, your logo, your billing. Your clients get AI agents that answer and make phone calls, and they never see the underlying vendor. Full white label includes Stripe rebilling, unlimited subaccounts and a client self-service portal. Read our complete white-label guide for the deep dive.

Which is the best white-label AI voice agent platform in 2026?

For most agencies, Autocalls: it is the only platform combining all-inclusive pricing ($0.09 per minute with the LLM, ElevenLabs and Cartesia voices, and transcription built in), full white label with Stripe rebilling and unlimited subaccounts, and omnichannel coverage (Voice + WhatsApp + Chat), with a $249 Agency entry and a $419 Agency White Label plan. Trillet is the closest all-inclusive rival at $299 with 300 minutes. VoiceAIWrapper suits agencies that only need a branding layer over Vapi or Retell.

How much does a white-label AI voice platform cost?

Monthly entries in September 2026: PulsyAI and Stammer from $99, Trillet Agency $299, VoiceAIWrapper $79 to $499 plus provider minutes, ConvoCore $199 to $349, HighLevel $497, My AI Front Desk from about $500, Synthflow $30,000 a year. Autocalls is $249/mo (Agency, 1,700 minutes) or $419/mo (Agency White Label, 3,500 minutes), both at $0.09 per extra minute with no per-client fees and no API keys. Watch for the three hidden costs: BYOK provider bills, per-seat or per-sub-account charges, and unpublished overage rates.

How does Autocalls compare to Trillet, Stammer and PulsyAI on price?

On the monthly fee, Trillet Studio, Stammer and PulsyAI are cheaper ($99). On what a minute costs, Autocalls is the lowest published all-inclusive rate: $0.09 versus $0.12 plus telephony on Trillet (about $0.134 for a US call), $0.11 to $0.17 on Stammer, and an unpublished overage on PulsyAI. On minutes included at a comparable fee, Autocalls Agency gives 1,700 minutes for $249 where Trillet Agency gives 300 for $299. Past a few hundred minutes a month, the per-minute rate decides your margin, not the plan fee.

What margins can an agency make reselling AI voice agents?

Agencies typically charge clients $300 to $600 a month. On Autocalls at $0.09 per minute, ten clients at $500 with about 1,000 minutes each cost around $1,004 a month on Agency White Label, an 80% gross margin. On BYOK setups the same clients usually cost $2,000 to $2,800 in API and telephony fees, cutting margins roughly in half.

Can I try Autocalls before committing?

Yes, two ways. First, a free live demo call: the AI agent calls your phone within a minute, no account, no card, so you hear the Dualplex™ voice quality and interruption handling yourself. Second, the Starter plan ($34) is fully refundable while your usage is under 100 minutes, so you can build an agent, run real calls, and get your money back if it is not for you. There is no free sandbox account, and the reason is honest: every account runs on real servers with real allocated minutes, the models and voices are paid per second, and a person is assigned to onboard you. A giveaway account would either be a toy or be paid for by every other customer. The demo call and the refund window give you the same answer without that cost.

What happened to Synthflow's white label?

On 15 September 2026 Synthflow removed in-product reselling (Stripe billing of subaccounts, auto top-ups, overage billing, margin calculator) and moved white label to an Enterprise contract starting at $30,000 a year. Agencies that resold Synthflow self-serve need a new platform; our Synthflow alternative page and the migration guide cover the move step by step, and migration support is included with Agency White Label.

How fast can I launch my own branded voice AI platform?

On Autocalls, white-label setup (domain, logo, colors, billing) takes about 24 hours end to end. Onboarding a new client after that takes roughly 15 minutes with the no-code wizard. Compare that to 4 to 8 months and $60K to $180K if you build on raw APIs. The Partner Program page covers the steps.
